Jacob Richmond and wife Regina will open Saucy Jake’s Street Food, 936 Campbell St., June 1.

“We’ll have seating for 18, and orders to go,” Regina said, “We’ll be adding things to the menu we don’t have on the food truck – a salad bar, loaded baked potato, wings – with 16 different sauces, specialty egg rolls … jerk chicken, Philly chicken, fresh fish and fresh patted burgers every day.”

Business hours will be 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., Friday and Saturday.

Jake and Regina opened Saucy Jake’s Food Truck in June 2016, and the truck is located at 3100 North Highland Ave., in the parking lot of Phipps Pharmacy next to North Side High School.
