JACKSON Tenn (April 6, 2015) – A man faces multiple charges including, Aggravated Trespassing after police initiate a traffic stop.

According to court records, officers observed Sadarious Cole driving a 1991 red Chevy pick up truck in the area of Kenwood Circle in Jackson. Officers recognized Mr Cole and had knowledge that Cole had a suspended Tennessee drivers license.

Officers say they  followed Mr. Cole and observed him pull into the driveway of 16 Kenwood Circle. There officers say, Cole went into the residence and within seconds of Mr. Cole entering the residence yelling could be heard coming from inside the home. Cole immediately exited the residence followed by the resident who told investigators that Cole ran into her house and it scared her because she does not know him.

Officers said Cole gave them a false ID during questioning. Cole was arrested for driving on a suspended license and identity theft.  Officers used a TASER to subdue Mr. Cole when attempted to break loose while he was being handcuffed.

Officers detected the strong odor of marijuana coming from the interior of Cole’s vehicle and officers say a small bag of marijuana was  in plain view. A probable cause search for more narcotics was conducted on the vehicle. During the search a digital scale and several bags of marijuana weighing approximately 71.6 grams were located. Police also found a loaded hi-point 9 mm handgun.
