Madison County Sheriff John Mehr has issued a BOLO (Be On The Look Out) for Devoris Antoine Newson.

He is a (B/M, 9/1/86) 5’8” Bald, Brown Eyes, with multiple tattoos on his face, arms and chest.

According to a press release, at approximately 10:30 p.m., on April 22, the suspect was allegedly involved in a shooting that occurred at 451 Pipkin Road in Jackson.

He is currently wanted on multiple charges of Aggravated Assault, Aggravated Kidnapping, Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon, etc.

Newson is considered to be armed and dangerous with at least one handgun.
