
JACKSON Tenn (March 24, 2015) – Dominic Williams pleaded not guilty Tuesday morning in U.S. District Court
Williams faces charges stemming from last week’s attempted robbery of BancorpSouth in Humboldt. He will remain in the custody of the U.S. marshals.
39-year-old Williams is charged with one count of using a dangerous weapon; one count of attempted bank robbery; and one count of being a felon in possession of a firearm.
He is accused of kidnapping bank employee Janeice Frisbee, forcing her to open the bank and then shooting her when she couldn’t open the safe. Frisbee sustatined non life threatening injuries and is out of the hospital expected to make a full recovery
