A flash flood warning is in effect until 9:15 p.m., today.

This will only add to a problem where highways, streets and roads have been flooded, such as Old Humboldt Road near University Parkway, where this photo was taken, courtesy of Downtown Ricky Brown’s Traffic Network.

Ricky said caution needs to be exercised due to the possibility of hydroplaning.
