The Jackson-Madison County Regional Health Department, 804 North Parkway, will offer extended clinic hours, Tuesday.
The health department will offer appointments until 6:45 p.m., on the last Tuesday of each month.
“We want to extend our hours for our patients that work and are not able to take time off from their job or have difficulty doing so,” Director Kim Tedford said. “We will have appointments available each month to meet the needs of our community.”
Staff will be available to assist with family planning, sexually transmitted disease (STD) safety checks and treatment, along with well-child exams and vaccinations.
Patients must make an appointment in advance and arrive on time to be seen.
For more information about our extended hours or to schedule an appointment call (731) 423-3020.
