HAYWOOD Co. Tenn (March 17, 2015) — Two people are dead after a tragic accident in Haywood County.
The two-vehicle accident happened Tuesday morning along Highway 54 about two miles west of Brownsville.
The accident involved a tractor-trailer and a pickup truck.
Both vehicles involved caught fire as a result of the wreck.
According to the Tennessee Highway Patrol one person in each vehicle was killed.
The cause of the crash is still under investigation
