A lady involved in a hit-and-run accident, Tuesday, has died.
The name of the individual has not been released.
Investigators of the Jackson Police Department continue to investigate the accident that occurred in the vicinity of 340 Parkstone Place near a Horizon convenience store.
According to the JPD, a female, who was transported by Emergency Medical Services to a local hospital, after she was hit by a car traveling east on Ridgecrest Road Ext., near the Horizon convenience store.
Investigators are looking for a dark colored vehicle, possibly a SUV, with front end damage.
