JACKSON, Tenn. — Acting on information received from Canadian authorities, Jackson Police make an arrest in a child exploitation scheme. This story may be considered disturbing.
Police have arrested a Jackson man for sexual exploitation of his girlfriend’s two children on the internet. James Edward Clark appeared Wednesday in Jackson City Court.
According to court documents, child pornography and messages confirming sexual abuse of two children, ages one and four, were uploaded to a message forum.
Acting on this information a further investigation of Clark’s home on East Chester Street was conducted.
Investigators say Clark took the photos of his girlfriend’s children while she was at work.
Clark is in custody in Madison County in lieu of $50,000 bond. His next court appearance is scheduled for Aug. 2.
