Juan Zarate hopes to parlay the success he has enjoyed with the Takos Borukas food truck, when he opens Takos Borukas Y Mariscos at 319 Vann Drive.
“We hope to be open by August … early fall,” Juan said. “The restaurant will have 1,500-square-feet, and the food truck will be used for events and catering.”
Takos Borukas Y Mariscos (seafood) will be located in the same complex with Wes Harris State Farm Insurance Agency, The UPS Store, Hamilton Ryker and Regional Finance.
