A second commercial building – not the business – on Vann Drive has been sold in less than eight months.

According to the Madison County Register of Deeds, McCall Development sold the facility at 742 Vann Drive to Ernest Thomas Properties, a Mississippi Limited Partnership for $1,280,000.

America’s Mattress occupies the building.

In October 2017, Frauenshuh Hospitality Group of TN LLC sold its facility at 808 Vann Drive, to Michael Sarlo TR etal Lory Sarlo TR Atlantis Trust for $1,064,112.

Dairy Queen, which has two restaurants in Jackson, is the occupant at 808 Vann Drive.
