Katherine Wiggins was named the Employee of the Month Tuesday night in West Tennessee Healthcare’s monthly meeting.

Vice President/CCO of WTH, Amy Garner had this to say about Katherine:

“Katherine Wiggins has been with West Tennessee Healthcare for over 32 years. For 32 years she has remained a preceptor to nurses and a friendly face that families want to see! Katherine is very thorough, efficient, patient-focused, and family-oriented in her work. Katherine is always calm in a crisis and knows what to do. Her coworkers say ‘she is always a precious soul that treats everyone as she wishes to be treated.’ Katherine is an exceptional employee and coworker. She is the epitome of what a NICU nurse should be. Katherine is a great role model for all new nurses, and her expertise is very evident. Her love for her job and her patients shows daily. She is an asset to her unit and is always willing to help the NICU patients, parents, and her coworkers.  Congratulations, Katherine!”
