Mam’selle, which offers clothing, shoes, purses and jewelry for women, held its grand opening at 1348 A Union University Drive, in Thomsen Farms, Wednesday.

Mam’selle, which first opened in Jackson in 1973, relocated from 907 Vann Drive, and occupies about 2,800-square-feet in a new 12,000-square-foot facility next door to Mulligan’s.

“Our hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Saturday,” owner Emily Hathcock said. “We moved to Thomsen Farms at the beginning of March, and we enjoy our new space and beautiful surroundings, and it would not have been possible without the girls who work here at the store, all their support and the support of the Jackson community.”

Emily is one of 11 employees.

“We have new arrivals everyday,” Emily said. “We would love to help style you and outfit you, and help you in any way we can.”
