Carlton Viers of the “Brownsville Press Radio Show” spoke with Commissioner of Economic and Community Development Bob Rolfe about the news this week that the Memphis Regional Megasite was granted a Wastewater Permit.

Rolfe has called the wastewater permit the chief “gating” item for preparing the sprawling industrial site for a mega-employer.
