The consideration of a request from Abby Arnold Lackey for a special occasion permit to sell, store and serve beer was approved by the Jackson Beer Board, Tuesday.

The permit is for the sixth annual Heaven’s Cradle Twilight 5K (3.1 miles) Run & Downtown Rendezvous will be held at the West Tennessee Farmers’ Market at 6:30 p.m., June 17.

Heaven’s Cradle provides assistance and comfort to families suffering from perinatal loss and staff training in perinatal grief.
