(December 09, 2014) JACKSON Tenn — Jabril Malik was in City Court for arraignment on a charge of Identity Theft. According to investigators, Malik and two unidentified subjects entered the Wal-Mart store on Emporium Drive and while in the store purchased items using a Credit card belonging to a Pinson woman.

Malik alleged made purchases in excess of $700.00 on the card. According to court documents the purchases were made in the electronics department

Courts records then show Malik used the Disney Credit Card at Kohl’s Department store and while there Malik and two other suspects filled out a credit card application using their own personal information.

Malik’s bond was set at $7500.00
