On Thursday October 17th a report was received that the Old Medina Winery located at 2894 Old Medina Road had been broken into and vandalized.

The damage was estimated to be approximately $20,000 dollars’.

Saturday October 18th around 3:01 am the Jackson Fire Department received a 911 call that the Old Medina Winery was on fire. The fire was ruled an arson resulting in damage over $300,000 dollars.

As a result of a joint investigation conducted by the Madison County Sheriff’s office, Madison County Fire Department, Jackson Police Department, Jackson Fire Department and the TN. State Bomb and Arson Division there have been three suspects identified and arrested.

All three suspect are charged with 2 Counts of Burglary / 1 Count Vandalism over 20 thousand / 1 Count Arson of Commercial Building
