When construction is complete, TriStar Storage will offer 80 new mini-storage buildings at 929 Old Humboldt Road.
The location is next to Elmcroft of Jackson.
WMB Construction is building the new phase of TriStar Storage, which also offers 208 mini-storage buildings at 64 North Star Drive.
