NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — The Tennessee Secretary of State’s office is launching a free smartphone app designed to give voters easier access to information during early voting and on Election Day.

GoVoteTN allows people to view voter-specific information when searching by name or address.

Highlights of the app include: early voting and Election Day polling locations and hours of operation, candidates’ list, county election commission information and access to election results.

Early voting starts today. The general election is Nov. 4.
