The Jackson-Madison County Sports Hall of Fame is now accepting nominations for the class of 2018.

Five people will be inducted into the 33rd annual event that will be held April 19, at the Carl Perkins Civic Center.

The Hall of Fame will also recognize an accomplished team from Jackson sports history.

Deadline for nominations is December 20.
