The additional space offers six mounted flat screen televisions with several tables and chairs that will be used for playing trading card games, board games and video games.
“We have a space that can very comfortably (seat) 56 people,” Paul Simer said. “We’ve gone with premium fixtures for everything.”
The expansion allows the store to host private parties, events and gaming tournaments.
The new space was home to Mobile Nation, Nerdvana’s neighbor in the Emporium Plaza Retail Center across from Lowe’s on Vann Drive.

A doorway connects the two spaces – Nerdvana’s retail space with its new gaming and private event space.
With the addition of the new gaming space, Nerdvana added more shelves and inventory in its current retail area.
