(September 22, 2014) JACKSON Tenn — On Thursday, Jackson Police took several reports of automobile burglaries in northwest Jackson. Residents discovered their automobiles had been entered and several items were stolen.
At this time, there have been 12 automobiles and one house reported to have been burglarized.
Investigators with the Burglary & Theft Unit believe there may be more victims who have not yet discovered their vehicles have been tampered with.
Jackson Police have two suspects in custody at this time. Jordan DeWayne Gray, 21, and Levi Patrick Gray, 19, both of Jackson, have been charged in Jackson City Court with multiple charges.
The charges include Burglary of a Motor Vehicle, Aggravated Burglary and Theft of Property. They will have a bond hearing Saturday and will be formally arraigned In Jackson City Court.
Investigators have signed warrants on two other suspects. Police are looking for Devon Blake Mclain, 19, and Preston Rashad Royal, 20. Both Mclain and Royal are from Medina, Tennessee.
They are wanted for Burglary of a Motor Vehicle and Theft of Property.
Investigators are still working on these cases, and more developments may be released at a later time. Photographs are not available for Mclain and Royal.
