JACKSON Tenn (Oct, 12, 2017) – An investigation by Special Agents with the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has resulted in the indictment of former McNairy County Assistant District Attorney Bobby Gray.

At the request of the 25th District Attorney General Michael Dunavant, TBI Agents began an investigation into the activities of Bobby Gene Gray, of Adamsville, TN.
A case was presented to the the Grand Jury. On October 9th, an indictment was returned for two counts of Official Misconduct, Theft Under $1,000, Simple Possession of Schedule II Controlled Substance, and Simple Possession of Schedule IV Controlled Substance.
On October 11th, Gray reported for booking at the McNairy County Correctional Center.
