MCSD Lt David Cisco has returned to work but an internal investigation is continuing according to the Madison County Sheriff’s Department.
Lt. Cisco has returned to his regular responsibilities at the MCSD jail annex. Cisco is also a Jackson City Council member representing District 9.
Due to the ongoing investigation the department had no further comment.
