JACKSON — According to Lt Brad Wilbanks of the Tennessee Highway Patrol, there were
9 DUI arrests and 16 accidents with injuries over the holiday weekend.

All weekend the THP and local law enforcement have been conducting the “No
Refusal” campaign to get drunk drivers off the road. The effort also
included other safety checks such as driver’s license checks and insurance
checks, seat belt and child restraint compliance.
