(August 19, 2013)- The Historic Zoning Commission had their regular August board meeting on Monday.
At the meeting, Mr. Sullender approached the board to change the siding materials on his home on North Highland to LP SmartSide.
According to planning staff, they said the material was similar to materials that were approved before in the area.
Mr. Sullender said that he is trying to get the house to look better. He also plans repairs to the outside of his home, but they do not have to come before the board.
The motion was made and passed. The meeting adjourned shortly afterward.
