A few finishing touches are being applied, but Perkins Motor Plex has opened at 1517 Vann Drive, in the Columns II.

The new dealership sells pre-owned vehicles, and is the fifth for Perkins Motor Plex, which has three dealerships in Kentucky – Mayfield, Murray and Paducah, and one in Tennessee – Madison – north of Nashville.

Perkins Auto Plex prides itself in ‘no haggle’ pricing, a non-commissioned sales staff, easy financing, 60-day warranty, large selection of vehicles, and any vehicle at any location can be purchased.

Brad Clapp manages the Vann Drive location, and business hours are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday, and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Saturdays.

Gary A. Taylor Investment Co. is building a 3,000-square-foot office facility on 1.75 acres east of Gander Mountain.
