Man Arrested for Contributing to the Delinquency and Sexual Exploitation of a Minor
On Friday morning, August 12, Jackson police received information that a 17-year-old girl was skipping school and was in a motel room with an adult. Police went to the Airways Motel at 576 Airways Blvd. and knocked on the door of the suspected room. A man answered the door and acknowledged that the girl was in the room and he knew that she was a minor. Neither one admitted to any inappropriate
activity.
Chiolero Schwalenberg
Police arrested Chiolero Schwalenberg, 33, of Jackson, and charged him with contributing to the delinquency of a minor. The girl was turned over to her guardian and was taken to school. Schwalenberg was arraigned in Jackson City Court on Monday and set a bond of $15,000.
Police continued their investigation and obtained a search warrant for Schwalenberg
