Man Charged with Plot to Seriously Injure Attorney Harold Johnson
On December 20 Jackson police received a tip that Patrick McCollum, 49,
of Arnold, MO, was attempting to hire someone to seriously injure Harold Johnson, 81, of Jackson. Johnson is a practicing attorney. McCollum
formerly lived in Jackson and still owns a business in Jackson.
On December 21 Jackson Police Violent Crimes Investigators and Agents with the Tennessee Bureau of Investigators conducted an undercover
