In The Newsroom has learned the Federal Election Commission has dismissed complaints against Ron Kirkland for Congress Campaign.

The Federal Election Commission has dismissed complaints against the independent expenditure activities of Robert Kirkland, the brother of Ron Kirkland, a Republican primary opponent of Rep.-elect Stephen Fincher.
The complainant, Huntingdon atty. John D. Stevens, a Fincher supporter, filed the FEC complaint in April. The complaint alleged Ron Kirkland and his brother were coordinating their messages in violation of federal campaign law.
Congressman-Elect Stephen Fincher is the subject of Federal Election Commission complaints.
