Hucks, a convenience store chain, has two stores under construction in Jackson.

The locations are 7 Ridgecrest Rd. (corner of North Highland and Ridgecrest Road), and 1295 Union University Drive in Thomsen Farms.

Dates for completion have not been announced.

Company officials were not available to comment on the Ridgecrest Road store, but the Thomsen Farms store – located behind First Citizens National Bank – will consist of 4,050-square-feet and have eight fuel dispensers.
