Clifton, TN — Local eatery Clifton Marina Bar & Grill RV Park will host a visit from America’s Best Restaurants (ABR), a national media and marketing company, for an on-site visit as part of the ABR Roadshow.
America’s Best Restaurants travels the country spotlighting independent, locally owned restaurants that make a positive impact on their communities. During the visit, the ABR Roadshow team will highlight Clifton Marina Bar & Grill RV Park on-camera, featuring an extensive interview with Owner Stacy Huntingford about the restaurant’s special place in the community.
Clifton Marina Bar & Grill RV Park has a rich history that dates back nearly two centuries, serving as a vital river stop since the community was founded in 1840. Originally known as Ninevah, it was renamed Clifton due to the prominent bluff overlooking the Tennessee River.
This historic location became a modern marina in 2004 when Gene Davidson rebuilt the original Clifton City Marina, which had operated at the same site for decades. Today, under the ownership of Stacy and Christopher Huntingford, Clifton Marina Bar & Grill RV Park has expanded its offerings and transformed into a destination for travelers seeking food, entertainment, and hospitality along the Tennessee River.
