JACKSON, Tenn. – The Greater Jackson Chamber is proud to announce the members of the Leadership Jackson Class of 2026. For more than 47 years, Leadership Jackson has identified, educated, and inspired leaders to serve their community and make a lasting impact.
This year’s program will be chaired by Mari Hakim with Toyota Boshoku Jackson, with Lindsey Crowder of Aspell Recovery serving as Vice Chair. Class members will meet throughout the program for sessions focused on leadership development and a deeper understanding of Jackson-Madison County.
“Leadership Jackson challenges participants to look beyond their own organizations and better understand the community. I am honored to serve as Chair for the Class of 2026 and look forward to watching this group build relationships, grow as leaders, and discover new ways to make an impact in Jackson-Madison County,” said Hakim.
A leadership skill-building component is incorporated into each session. Leaders in key areas, such as health care, criminal justice, economic development, quality of life, education and government, will share an overview of the present state, challenges and future vision. This information provides the class with a broad understanding of the interworking of Jackson-Madison County and a big-picture view of the community. It also encourages participants to consider where they can best make a positive impact, whether through direct involvement or by serving as a resource within their company or sphere of influence.
Lauren Saliba, VP of Education and Leadership Development for the Greater Jackson Chamber, said, “One of the most valuable parts of Leadership Jackson is seeing participants begin to connect the dots between their own leadership, the work happening across our community and where they can make a difference.
