JC Gray, Adamsville High School senior quarterback, has earned the male ‘Athlete of the Week’ award presented by Jackson State Community College, after the Cardinals defeated Hardin County, 49-7, Friday, August 23.

Gray scored four touchdowns and accounted for 275 total yards – 183 rushing on nine carries; 59 yards passing (6-for-6) Completed all six attempts for 59 yards and one touchdown, and accounted for 33 yards on special teams.

Made one tackle on defense and punted one time for 30 yards.
