JACKSON, TN – Families from across West Tennessee are invited to dive into a day of fun, learning and family resources at West Tennessee Healthcare’s Baby & Kids Fest 2026, happening this Saturday, Aug. 22, from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. at the Jackson Fairgrounds.
This year’s “Under the Sea” themed event is free and open to the community and will feature interactive activities, educational exhibits, giveaways and opportunities for families to connect with healthcare providers and community organizations dedicated to helping children grow up healthy, safe and successful.
More than 1,200 people attended the last Baby & Kids Fest, and organizers are looking forward to another great turnout this year. The annual event reflects West Tennessee Healthcare’s commitment to supporting expectant mothers, children and families beyond the walls of the hospital by connecting them with valuable resources in a fun, family-friendly environment.
“Every parent wants the very best for their infant or child, but sometimes families simply don’t know what resources are available in our area,” said Ellen Neely, Marketing & Community Outreach Manager for the Therapy & Learning Center. “Baby & Kids Fest brings those resources together in one place while creating a day where children can learn, play and explore.
“We hope every expectant mother and family leaves with new information, new connections and memories they’ll enjoy together.”
Families throughout West Tennessee are encouraged to make plans to join West Tennessee Healthcare this Saturday for this free community event.
