Individual names have not been released, but seven different buyers paid a total of $6,730,000 to purchase the 340.69 acres offered in 18 tracts.
Presented by Top Tier Auctions, the purchase price included the main residence – a 21,927-square-foot mansion (17,200 heated square-feet), which was the property of the late Dr. William Permenter.
The mansion – or home – offers five bedrooms, 6 full bathrooms and four half bathrooms.
The Groundskeeper home consists of 3,111 total square-feet – 2,295 heated.
The Carriage House consists of four stalls, a tack room, one half bathroom, a wash stall and feed room on the first floor.
There are two bedrooms and one full bathroom on the second floor.
The Equipment Barn has four stalls.
