JACKSON, Tenn. — The Finish Line shoe store at Old Hickory Mall has permanently closed its location.

The store, a longtime tenant at 2021 North Highland Ave., operated for its final day on Saturday, April 18, 2026. According to available information, there are currently no plans to open another Finish Line location in the Jackson area.

The closure comes as the retailer, owned by JD Sports since 2018, continues to rationalize its store footprint nationwide, with many locations either shuttering or transitioning to the JD Sports banner. Old Hickory Mall has faced ongoing challenges in recent years, including declining foot traffic and other tenant changes.

Shoppers looking for athletic footwear and apparel from brands like Nike, adidas, and Jordan can still check Finish Line’s website or nearby locations outside the Jackson market. The mall continues to operate with remaining tenants including Belk and JCPenney
