Vann Drive & Country Club Lane – Preliminary plat approved for residential, commercial development
The consideration of a preliminary plat – The Legends, proposed to be located in the northeast quadrant of Vann Drive and Country Club Lane – has been approved by the Jackson Municipal Regional Planning Commission.
Located in a Planned Unit Commercial Development District and General Residential District, approximately two acres of the 8.07-acres will be dedicated for six (6) upscale homes on nine (9) lots.
Additional property will be dedicated for commercial development.
The plans were submitted by Mickey Evans – Clay Williams & Associates – on behalf of Sunshine Investment Group.
