Commercial property in Park Place West sells for $3 million plus
Jackson, TN — The car wash property at 60 Chloe Place in the Park Place West development has changed hands again, selling for $3,320,000.
The 1.47-acre site, located next to Sonic, previously sold in April 2023 for $4,250,000 to Boing US Holdco Inc. At the time, it was described as the future home of Doctor Suds III, a new express car wash featuring a 150-foot tunnel wash and 33 vacuum cleaners.
The latest transaction represents a notable decrease from the 2023 sale price. Public records confirm the recent sale amount, though buyer and seller details for the current deal have not been widely disclosed.
The property now operates as a Take 5 Car Wash, part of a national express car wash chain offering various wash packages and memberships.
This marks the second major transaction for the site in recent years, reflecting ongoing activity in Jackson’s commercial real estate market along high-traffic corridors.
No immediate changes to operations have been announced.

New convenience store proposed for Campbell Street in Jackson
Jackson, TN – A new BP service station is on the way to one of the city’s busier commercial corridors, with a prominent “Coming Soon” sign now up at 130 Campbell Oaks Drive.
The site sits on a 1.76-acre corner lot directly next to the Hampton Inn & Suites, just off Interstate 40/Exit 83, a high visibility location long marketed as ideal for retail, restaurants, or a convenience store development.
The property at 130 Campbell Oaks Drive recently went under contract. It had been listed for $1,226,649 and was pending as of late March 2025, according to real estate listings from Zillow, Realtor.com, and local brokers. The land had been on the market for roughly two years and was promoted as a prime commercial site with strong demographics and easy highway access.
Earlier planning documents referenced potential mixed-use retail at the site, referred to as “The Shops of Campbell Street.”
While specific details about the buyer, final sale price, or exact opening timeline have not been publicly released, the appearance of the official BP “Coming Soon” signage indicates the project has moved forward. BP stations typically include fuel pumps, a convenience store with snacks and beverages, and modern amenities aimed at travelers and local customers.
This development adds to recent commercial growth along Campbell Street and nearby areas.
More details on construction timelines, job opportunities, or the full scope of the station are expected as the project advances. Stay tuned to Talk-N West TN for updates on this and other upcoming developments in Jackson.
