“We look forward to a great event in Jackson, empowering our young drivers with the skills they need for a lifetime of safe driving,” said Ford Community Relations Director Gabby Bruno. “Parents and guardians are also invited to join a unique ride-and-drive experience to test new Ford electric vehicles.”
Now in its third decade, Ford Driving Skills for Life is dedicated to addressing critical factors that contribute to teen crashes, such as inexperience, vehicle handling, distracted driving, and impaired driving.
This award-winning program, established by Ford Philanthropy, the Governors Highway Safety Association and a panel of safety experts, goes beyond standard driver education to provide invaluable real-world training.
