Paris, TN – The Henry County Sheriff’s Office Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force, in coordination with the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), announces the arrest of Thomas Bradley Moore, 495 Perry Cemetery Road, Buchanan, Tennessee, following an investigation into the online sexual exploitation of minors.
The investigation began in January 2026, when ICAC investigators received a CyberTip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) indicating that Moore was allegedly operating on the dark web and engaging in activity involving the exploitation of minors.
Following a detailed digital investigation, authorities executed a search warrant at Moore’s residence on February 13, 2026. While no arrest was made at that time, evidence obtained from multiple digital devices led investigators to secure nine warrants for sexual exploitation of a minor.
Moore was reportedly believed to be missing by several online and social media entities; however, investigators discovered he had been in hiding. On February 23, 2026, members of the Henry County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Division located Moore at a retail store in Dover, Tennessee, where he was arrested without incident.
Moore was booked into the Henry County Correctional Facility, where Judge Chad Cox set his bond at $200,000. Court proceedings are pending.
All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. No additional information will be released at this time in order to protect the integrity of the investigation and the privacy of the victims.
