• The Seasonally Adjusted Unemployment Rate for Tennessee stood at 3.6% in December, unchanged from the previous month.
• The Seasonally Adjusted Unemployment Rate for the United States was 4.4% in December, down from 4.5% in November.
• The unemployment rate was under 5% in 91 of 95 counties in December.
• Williamson and Cheatham counties had the lowest unemployment rate at 2.6%. Maury County had the highest unemployment rate at 5.7%.
