Prosper Realty Group Welcomes Jamie Richardson to the Team
Jackson, TN- January 28, 2026 – Prosper Realty Group is proud to announce that Jamie Richardson has joined the firm, bringing a strong background in sales leadership, operations, and entrepreneurial experience to the Prosper team.
Richardson joins Prosper Realty Group and also currently holds a long-standing career at Hub City PBE/Colormatch, a family-owned business that has served customers since 1949.
Originally founded as Motor Parts and Bearing, an automotive hard parts business, the company has grown into Colormatch, a trusted automotive paint and supplies distributor.
Jamie began his career with Colormatch in 2007 as a delivery driver and counter sales associate and has steadily advanced through a variety of leadership roles, including store manager, sales representative, and district manager. He currently serves as Vice President of Sales and Operations, where he leads teams and drives performance across the organization.

Richardson is a graduate of the University School of Jackson (Class of 2002) and later attended and graduated from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. He and his wife, Marlie, met while attending UT and are raising two daughters, Graylynn (16) and Ford (10), both of whom attend USJ.
With a growing interest in commercial real estate, Richardson has spent the last several years investing in multiple properties while expanding his knowledge of the industry. As his passion for commercial real estate deepened, he decided to take the next step by completing the necessary education and earning his real estate license.
“I’ve always found the commercial side of real estate interesting and have been fortunate to invest in several properties over the last five years, said Richardson. “As I began learning more about commercial real estate, I decided the best way to learn was to go through school and get my license.”
