Run with A Ranger

Kick off the new year with movement, motivation, and fresh air at Chickasaw State Park!
Our Run with a Ranger program will be meeting multiple days throughout January, giving participants the chance to build endurance, improve running skills, and stay consistent with their fitness goals.
These guided runs focus on:
Building confidence through progression

January 21st – 10:00am
January 24th – 9:00am
January 31st – 10:00am
Location: Back Gate of Park/State Forest Entrance
All fitness levels are welcome – beginners, walkers, joggers, and experienced runners alike.
