Founded in 1988 in Tempe, Arizona, Cold Stone Creamery has grown into a global franchise celebrated for its premium ice cream and fully customized creations. Guests can build their own made-to-order treats as freshly prepared ice cream is hand-mixed with candies, fruits, cakes, and other mix-ins on a frozen granite stone — creating the brand’s signature experience.
Cold Stone Creamery offers a wide variety of menu options including ice cream cakes, smoothies, and shakes, with select locations also providing dietary-friendly choices such as lactose-free, low-fat, and gluten-free options. Planning Commission approves final plat for 46 lots near Northeast Middle School
The consideration of a preliminary plat for Oxford Crossing – located near Northeast Middle School off Christmasville Road – has been approved by the Jackson Municipal Regional Planning Commission.
The Single-Family Residential District consists of 46 lots and one common area on approximately 9.69 acres.
Plans were submitted by Sunshine Investment Group, LLC.

We want the community to know that the Milan Chamber is actively working alongside the City of Milan Mayor’s Office to pursue opportunities to bring another grocery store to Milan. Access to essential services like grocery shopping is important to our residents, and this remains a priority for our local leadership.
We appreciate the community’s patience and support as we work together toward a positive solution for Milan.
