The 0.46-acre property, which consists of a 2,768-square-foot building constructed in 1981, is listed for $1.2 million.
The restaurant specialized in tacos, fish tacos, fajitas, quesadillas, salads, enchiladas, burritos, chimichangas, drinks, nachos, tamales and desserts.
Tulum Fresh Mexican Grill remains open at 1319 Union University Drive.
Restaurant hours are 10:30 a.m. to 9 p.m., Monday through Sunday.
