Commercial property at 2051 North Highland Avenue has been sold.
William C. Patterson, Mark Timothy Bowles, Deborah B. Carney and the Ray Bowles Family Trust purchased the property from KFC 14 Portfolio Propco LLC for $3.2 million.
The property consists of a 3,729-square-foot facility, which has been home to KFC since it was first constructed in 1986.
The lot consists of approximately 1.26-acres and offers 62 parking spaces.
A new flagship design for the business – KFC – was completed in March 2018.
JRN Inc. sold the property to KFC 14 Portfolio Propco LLC, for $2,684,208 in October 2024.
