From the Jackson-Madison County Regional Health Department –

The Jackson-Madison County Regional Health Department received positive test results for four more confirmed cases of COVID-19.

We now have a total of 89 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Madison County – 28 have recovered.

The newest patients include:

51-year-old female (not hospitalized)
45-year-old female (unknown hospitalization)
19-year-old female (unknown hospitalization)
60-year-old female (not hospitalized)

Our epidemiology staff is still trying to reach these some of these patients, so hospitalization status is unknown at this time.

We are also reaching out to people who had contact with the patients.
