The Jackson-Madison County Regional Health Department received positive test results for two more confirmed cases of COVID-19.
We now have a total of 67 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Madison County.
The newest patients include:
ï‚· 50-year-old male (hospitalization unknown)
ï‚· 52-year-old male (not hospitalized)
Our epidemiology staff is still trying to make contact with one of these patients, so hospitalization status is not known at this time.
We are also reaching out to the people who had contact with these patients.
