October 28, 2014 — Deputies have arrested four children in connection with a house fire.

Shelby County Sheriff’s spokesman Chip Washington says deputies are also looking for a fifth juvenile.

Washington says witnesses described five children breaking into an abandoned house at about 2 p.m. Sunday.

The children were 12, 9, and 6 years old, with two of them being 6; deputies say the 6-year-old children were brothers.

The 12-year old was charged with aggravated burglary and arson and taken to Juvenile Court.

Because of their ages, the names of the four arrested were not released by the sheriff’s office.
